Is the Brand Room actually free?
Yes. Free at the named-account tier. No platform fee, no per-user fee, no subscription. The House makes its margin on the goods we produce and ship through the Approved ASI Manufacturing Facility Partner network. The Room is the front door, not the product.
How does five-minute provisioning actually work?
Your subdomain is provisioned automatically, the SSL is already live, the Room template renders against your token, and your stash is ready to curate. A human does the approval gate before the link goes out. From form to inbox: under an hour during business hours.
Who else can see my Room?
Token-only by default — only people you forward the URL to. Once you give us an email on record we flip you to magic-link auth: HMAC-SHA256, email-tied, seven-day cookie. Standing NDA across the entire chain. Your principal’s identity does not leave Hako Shikin.
What if I already use the other providers?
The Brand Room is not a replacement for the dashboard you log into — it is the layer above it. Most retained clients run their existing vendor in parallel for the first 90 days, then move 70–100 percent of spend through the House once the standing-order cadence and the one-hour SLA prove out. What can I keep and run in my Room?
Everything you need to manage and administer your brand’s physical presence, in one place: all your brand assets and files, print manufacturing, promotional manufacturing, orders and reorders, proofs, and standing programs — kept, shared, and ordered from your Room. And any brand in the ASI ESP catalog (~3,000 suppliers, 1.4M SKUs) is reachable; outside it, give us the spec and we source and manufacture it. The 70,000-SKU catalog is just the public surface of a much deeper bench.
What does “Approved ASI Manufacturing Facility Partner” mean?
ASI is the trade body. Hako Shikin LLC is supplier #217876, DUNS 18-204-6339, in continuous good standing since 1997. Every facility we route production through is ASI-listed and operates under standing NDA. Imprint, decoration, and shipping happen under those agreements. The principal’s name never leaves the House.
What if my Room expires?
Self-serve rooms don’t expire — your stash stays saved under your link. Active orders, standing orders, and named-account retainers keep everything live. We do not delete brand assets — they remain in the vault under your token until you tell us otherwise.
